The role involves managing the coordination, allocation, and control of manpower and projects within our Ras Laffan refinery team to ensure enquiries and project work are handled efficiently. The incumbent must have experience in EOT cranes, control systems, electrical systems, and mechanical handling equipment to diagnose complex technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing business development, planning and prioritizing projects through all project management stages, leading and developing the engineering team, conducting progress meetings, participating in weekly engineering meetings, reporting to the General Manager, issuing monthly reports on safety, finance, performance, and technical matters, and liaising with clients, specialist teams, and business management to achieve business plan objectives and expand contract service portfolios.
