- Having exposure to commercial, invoicing, budgeting & Cost Control, knowledge in tendering, client management, contract live cycle management, project management, people handling, problem-solving, time management, task-oriented, strategic planning, manpower planning and deployment experience, resource allocations, HSE & Quality assurance, performance management, leadership.
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director / Project Director of the Construction supply, you shall have the overall responsibility for the delivery of the construction works within time, cost, and quality constraints.
- Monitoring all work executed, at all stages, to ensure that an accurate and professional service is offered.
- In-depth monitoring and control of engineering, procurement, and construction activities to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manages technical clarification meetings with various vendors & construction contractors.
