- Provide in-depth information about real estate projects, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate successful sales.
- Guide clients through the buying process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competition in the primary real estate market.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversion of leads to sales.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales (Primary Market preferred) or a strong sales background.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
