Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to join our fit-out division. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and control for luxury hotel or high-end property projects within the GCC region. This role ensures that all fit-out works meet the required standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures and standards across all fit-out works.
• Conduct inspections for materials, workmanship, and finishes to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and method statements.
• Lead quality audits and ensure non-conformities are identified, tracked, and closed effectively.
• Review design and technical drawings to identify potential quality or coordination issues.
• Ensure all works comply with local codes, company standards, and client expectations.
• Support project teams in achieving a zero-defect handover for luxury projects.
