- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of products at various stages of the production process to identify defects.
- Analyze quality control data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Lead root cause analysis efforts for quality failures, employing tools like Fishbone diagrams and 5 Whys.
- Prepare detailed reports of inspections and tests, documenting non-conformance and ensuring traceability.
- Train and mentor production staff on quality standards and best practices to foster a quality-centric culture.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement.
- Conduct internal audits of quality management systems, preparing for external assessments as needed.
- Participate in the design and development phases of new products to ensure quality considerations are integrated from the start.
