Palinoia Properties is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan Specialist to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. If you're passionate about real estate, have a deep understanding of off-plan project sales, and know how to close high-value deals, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from top UAE developers
- Provide clients with detailed project knowledge, payment plans, and ROI insights
- Conduct presentations, viewings, and investment consultations
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of investors and end-users
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Stay updated with the latest launches, market trends, and developer offerings
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience, preferably with off-plan sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong network of clients and potential investors
- Well-versed with major developers.
- Self-driven, confident, and goal-oriented
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
