Reception & HR

  • Greet clients, visitors, and brokers professionally and manage front desk operations.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.

  • Maintain reception area appearance and ensure a welcoming office environment.

  • Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and visitor access cards.

  • Assist in HR Functions like recruitment coordination like screening CVs, scheduling interviews.

  • Collect and verify employee and candidate documents for visa processing.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.

  • Support onboarding of new employees, including orientations and coordination with IT for email access, SIM cards, access cards, and business cards.

Administration & Office Support

  • Oversee general office administration including stationery, office supplies, and equipment.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and meeting schedules for management.

  • Assist in organizing company events and internal meetings.

  • Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as required.
