We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be currently based in Qatar, with strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes. We are particularly interested in candidates who have recruitment experience in the Philippines and knowledge of the local market.
The Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various technical and non-technical roles across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- · Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
- · Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for engineering, construction, and staffing roles.
- · Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- · Use job portals, social media, and networking to identify top talent.
- · Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and visa regulations in recruitment practices.
- · Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
- · Maintain recruitment reports and database updates.
- · Represent the company in recruitment drives and job fairs.
