About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and driven Regional Digital Sales Lead – Middle East to lead new business growth across the region. This role is tailor-made for the person who manages existing large accounts and brining in new logos and penetrate enterprise accounts, establishes new revenue streams, and accelerate digital transformation adoption with tier-1 and strategic clients. The ideal leader thrives in a competitive market, and commands results in a fast-evolving technology landscape. This is an individual contributor role with full ownership of revenue, client acquisition, and market expansion.
• Key Responsibilities & Strategic Impact Areas:
• Drive new logo acquisition in the Middle East across large enterprises and government-led digital transformation initiatives. KSA regional experience is mandatory.
• Experience in selling IT Services and Solutions from Tier 1 or 2 organizations.
• Develop and execute a regional GTM strategy, maximizing market penetration for Cloud, Data, and Digital Identity solutions.
• Achieve annual revenue targets in the range of USD 10–15 million.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across sectors with mandatory focus on BFSI (Banks, Insurance & Capital Markets).
• Engage and influence C-Suite stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CDOs, and Procurement leadership.
• Partner closely with pre-sales, alliances, and marketing to craft tailored value propositions for each opportunity.
• Strengthening strategic relationships with regional hyperscale’s and technology partners including Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, SailPoint, and other emerging platforms.
• Ensure deep understanding of customer challenges in Cloud Modernization, Data Governance, IAM, AI/ML adoption, and Digital Security.
• Represent the company at industry events, technology forums, and partner ecosystems to enhance demand generation.
• Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets as an individual contributor.
