Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, offering personalized financial solutions and advice to meet their diverse needs.
Customer Service: Ensure all customer queries, complaints, and service requests are handled efficiently, professionally, and in line with the bank's Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Compliance & Risk: Adhere strictly to all internal bank policies, central bank regulations, and AML/KYC guidelines to mitigate operational and financial risks.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated with competitive offerings, market trends, and economic developments in Abu Dhabi to provide informed financial guidance to customers.
