Position Overview
The Relationship Sales Manager will lead and manage a dynamic sales team, driving property sales through B2B client relationships and B2C broker networks. The role involves overseeing the sales process, managing telesales executives, providing mentorship and training, and developing robust client relationships to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Sales Manager (10 positions)
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of real estate sales agents.
- Drive sales through direct client engagement (B2B and B2C) and channel partnerships with brokers.
- Conduct market research and financial analyses to identify strategic sales opportunities.
- Actively participate in the sales process, ensuring timely client follow-up and successful deal closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers and high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of client interactions and sales activities.
- Perform comprehensive due diligence, financial analysis, and risk assessments for real estate investments.
- Frequent travel within the Gulf region to build and sustain relationships.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a car.
Telesales Executive Management (5 positions)
- Oversee telesales executives conducting outbound calls to potential clients (B2B and B2C).
- Guide the team in generating and nurturing leads, ensuring high conversion rates.
Qualifications and Skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
Extensive direct sales experience (B2B and B2C) specifically in real estate within Gulf countries.
Proven track record in real estate sales (apartments/villas), with 2-4 years of direct experience.
At least 2 years of dedicated sales experience within the Gulf region.
Skills:
Excellent negotiation skills essential for effective deal closures.
- Proficient in prospecting, lead generation, and managing the sales funnel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to clearly articulate and tailor offerings to client needs.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience and performance.
Profit Sharing: Up to 50% based on meeting defined performance targets.
ESOP: Eligible after three years, subject to management discretion.
Brokerage Sharing Structure (Off-Plan & Secondary Market)
1. In-House Employees:
- 80% commission on self-closed deals.
- 60% commission on company-provided deals.
2. Market Brokers (Channel Partners):
- 95% commission for CPs in UAE who independently close deals.
- 70% commission for UAE-based CPs when assisted by Analah.
- 60% commission for CPs outside UAE (Russia, China, India, Canada, USA) when assisted by Analah.
- 40% commission for referral leads where CPs provide only the name and Analah completes the deal.
3. Employees with Salary (With Car & Driving License):
- Minimum base salary of ₹5K per month.
- 50% commission on revenue above 1x.
- Additional 10% commission above 1x for team leads handling deals.
4. Visa & Medicals:
- Immediate visa discussions possible for experienced real estate professionals.
This structure applies to both off-plan and secondary market transactions.
