Plan, design, and supervise temporary and permanent shoring systems (Sheet Piling, H-Beam, Soldier Piles, Secant Piles, etc.) in line with RTA and Dubai Municipality regulations. Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements, and engineering calculations for shoring works. Conduct structural stability and geotechnical analysis to ensure safe excavation support. Supervise site execution of shoring and piling works, ensuring compliance with safety, design, and authority requirements. Coordinate with RTA, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to secure approvals and resolve technical issues. Monitor excavation, strutting, anchoring, and concrete works related to shoring systems. Ensure quality control and compliance with local authority standards during all construction phases. Maintain accurate site documentation, inspection reports, and as-built records. Provide technical solutions for design changes, site challenges, or unforeseen soil/ground conditions. Ensure compliance with HSE standards during shoring and excavation support activities.
