We’re hiring a Sales Executive / Associate to join our fast-growing early-stage team in Riyadh.

What You'll Do
- Drive inside sales efforts across healthcare products and services
- Make up to 100 calls per day to build relationships and generate leads
- Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective customers
- Collaborate closely with the commercial and category teams to deliver results
- Tackle daily challenges with energy and accountability
What We’re Looking For
We’re specifically looking for someone who:
- Is a doer — action-oriented, hands-on, and self-motivated
- Understands what it means to work in a fast-paced, early-stage startup
- Is fluent in Arabic
- Has 2+ years of experience
- Has experience in healthcare (preferred)
- Has a pharmacy education background (preferred)
- Is okay with sales and business development responsibilities
- Can make high-volume outreach (up to 100 calls/day)
- Is already based in Riyadh
- Is open to a 6-day/week onsite role - this is not remote
- Operates with integrity, respect, and courage
- Can thrive in ambiguity and figure things out without constant hand-holding

- Handle customer queries and ensure smooth service experience
- Make up to 100 calls per day to follow up, troubleshoot, and support users
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer support experience
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction metrics and day-to-day issues

Compensation
- Monthly salary: Up to SAR 6000 (Fixed + Variable) based on experience and interview performance
