  • Assist in the design and configuration of solutions to meet specific customer needs, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products, engage with potential clients, and gather market intelligence.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated with industry advancements and competitor offerings, enabling proactive adjustments to sales strategies.
  • Train and mentor junior sales engineers and technical staff, sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities and performance.
