Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and confident Female Sales Engineer to join our Waterproofing Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, and providing technical solutions related to waterproofing and insulation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new customers within the construction and contracting sectors.
- Promote and sell waterproofing solutions to consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the technical and project team to ensure project requirements are met.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in waterproofing or construction-related products/services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications.
- Candidates with their own visa and car will be given preference
- UAE driving license is a plus.
- Fluency in English
