Job Title: Sales / Business Development Executive (Commission-Based) Location: GCC Region (Remote / Flexible) Employment Type: Commission-Only / Independent About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Sales / Business Development Executive to promote and sell innovative IoT and mobile solutions across the GCC region. You will focus on identifying potential clients, arranging meetings, and facilitating introductions to our product demos and solutions. This is a commission-only role with high earning potential for self-driven sales professionals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach prospective clients within the GCC region. Pitch Fleetroot solutions and arrange initial meetings. Coordinate with the Reporting Manager during meetings and demos. Share proposals and quotations prepared by the Reporting Manager. Maintain communication with clients until meetings are confirmed. Submit weekly activity reports in the agreed format. Note: Product demos, negotiations, and deal closures are handled by the Reporting Manager. What We Offer: 15% net commission on software/service contract values (excluding hardware/sensors). Commission paid within 30 days of client payment. Full product training, marketing, and sales support. Flexibility to work remotely as an independent contractor. Requirements: Proven experience in sales or business development (B2B preferred). Excellent communication and client engagement skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
