Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Exhibitions and Events team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing profitability through strategic supplier negotiations, increasing exhibition sales, and maintaining effective cost control. This role involves managing exhibition documentation, ensuring strict adherence to internal protocols, and meeting critical project timelines.

You will also engage with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to coordinate event materials and contribute to marketing and telesales initiatives. Close collaboration with the International Project Manager will be essential to execute comprehensive sales strategies and ensure the successful delivery of exhibitions and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive exhibition and events profitability by leveraging supplier partnerships, boosting sales, and effectively managing costs.
  • Follow established internal processes for event and exhibition management, ensuring all activities meet agreed timelines.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to support seamless coordination.
  • Support the execution of sales and marketing strategies, including active participation in telesales campaigns.
  • Oversee the distribution of event-related communications and coordinate the production and delivery of event materials.
  • Provide regular updates to the International Project Manager on sales performance and task progress.
  • Must possess a results-oriented and sales-driven mindset, with a strong commitment to achieving all sales targets and fulfilling company-set expectations.
  • Should demonstrate the ability to maintain a high standard of professional service, even when working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Help expand the exhibitor and visitor database for assigned exhibitions and events.
  • Proactively pursue learning and development opportunities to enhance professional skills.
  • Perform all responsibilities in accordance with company standards for quality, security, and health & safety.
