Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the UAE home
healthcare market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads,
converting clients, and building strong relationships within hospitals, clinics, insurance
companies, and community groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients
• Promote Nordic’s services to hospitals, clinics, insurance providers, corporates, and
community groups
• Leverage existing networks and local market knowledge to grow the customer base
• Coordinate with clinical teams to schedule client assessments and service plans
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, sales, and client communications
• Report regularly on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends
• Represent Nordic at healthcare events, expos, and client presentations
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE home healthcare sector
• Strong knowledge of home care services and regulations in the UAE
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Hindi speaking is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated success in healthcare lead generation and client conversion
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
