- Join Coca-Cola sales executives in the field to identify and onboard retailers into the PrimePay lending program.
- Present and promote Prime Dash’s embedded lending products to retail clients, clearly communicating the benefits and features.
- Guide retailers through the digital onboarding journey, including KYC checks, document uploads, and loan application steps.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to capitalize on campaign-generated leads and support local promotional efforts.
- Use CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and report progress against sales targets.
- Provide ongoing support to retailers after onboarding to ensure satisfaction and increase product adoption.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to enhance positioning and identify growth opportunities.
- Help build a high-performing sales culture by mentoring junior agents and sharing field insights.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and build long-term relationships focused on trust and recurring business.
- Act as a bridge between Prime Dash, Coca-Cola, and partner banks during the field execution of financial inclusion projects.
