Responsibilities

· Stay informed about the company's products or services, as well as industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients. This may involve regular communication, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.

· Forecast sales volumes, revenues, and expenses. Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.

· Evaluate and improve sales processes, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

· Manage the sales department budget, including allocating resources effectively, controlling expenses, and maximizing return on investment.

· Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives or sales professionals.
