Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our building materials sales operations in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UAE building materials market, with solid connections in the construction industry, contractors, and project consultants.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Lead a sales team (if applicable), set KPIs, and monitor performance.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with key clients.
• Coordinate with the logistics and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and payment collection.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the brand and products.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in building materials sales, with a strong track record in Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai markets.
• Strong network with contractors, consultants, and project decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet targets.
• Valid UAE driving license is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
