Job Purpose To lead, develop, and implement effective sales strategies to
drive business growth, expand market reach, and achieve
revenue targets for BATO Clinic’s medical and aesthetic services.
The Sales Manager will build strong client relationships, oversee
the sales team, and ensure excellent service delivery to sustain
high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies
to achieve clinic revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments for growth.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for management.
• Organize promotional activities, campaigns, and events to
boost the clinic’s brand visibility and sales.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and medical teams to align sales activities with clinic goals.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle
escalated client issues promptly and professionally.
• Train and develop sales team members to enhance their
product knowledge and selling skills.
• Represent BATO Clinic at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Qualifications & • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales &
Requirements Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in sales
management, preferably in the healthcare, medical, or aesthetics
industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
abilities.
• Strong network within the healthcare or aesthetics market is a plus.
