Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budget plans to senior management.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and promote its products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitive landscape to identify emerging market opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the education industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team. Team management experience of at least 2+ years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
