  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and company.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring policyholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure efficient policy processing and claim resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales data, and activity reports in the CRM system.
