The Sales Supervisor-MT shall lead and supervise the sales team on their day to day activities including the handling of promotions to ensure that the department meets/exceed its sales targets and objectives.
The scope of their responsibility shall include leading the sales team’s activities, taking part in the development of forecasts, target breakdowns, and journey plans, coordinating with customer representatives on new and blocked SKUs, monitoring customer credit limits and outstanding payments and training merchandisers and promoters on product knowledge and other technical skills.
The Sales Supervisor shall be expected to support the Sales Manager in all departmental programs and activities, while supporting the sales team in the resolution of any escalated issues with the customer and other departments in Almana Partners.
