- ERP Project Implementation: Ensure all project goals for ERP implementation are met.
- Customization and Enhancement: Make general changes to SAP (e.g., dashboards, layouts, etc.), perform small modifications like adding fields, renaming fields, and writing code to adjust functionality.
- Data Management: Work with users to ensure accurate data input and output in SAP.
- Reporting: Set up automated tasks and ensure that managers receive accurate data and reports.
- User Support: Handle SAP-related queries and provide training via workshops.
- System Upgrades: Offer advice on system enhancements and updates to meet evolving organizational needs.
