- Knowledge of transportation, fleet management, route optimization, tracking, fuel management, maintenance.
- Ability to manage tasks, prioritize, meet deadlines, with business systems knowledge and integration principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, focused on business processes and IT solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, create BRDs, analyze workflows, improve systems.
- Act as functional expert, manage data, configure systems, ensure integrity.
- Collaborate with IT teams, document specifications, ensure alignment with business requirements and standards.
- Manage system implementations, ensure project milestones, monitor progress.
- Develop training materials, conduct sessions, and provide ongoing user support
- Provide support, troubleshoot issues, improve processes, prioritize upgrades, and optimize performance
