We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with 8+ years of experience in the facilities management industry to drive new business growth, manage client relationships, and expand company's presence in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to secure new contracts and expand OME’s market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Lead the preparation of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development within the facilities management industry.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE facilities management market.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close large-scale contracts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, or related field.
