The Senior Cost Control Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the financial management and cost control of fitout projects, ensuring that all project costs are properly forecasted, monitored, and controlled throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitout or interior construction, with solid experience in budget management, cost reporting, and financial analysis for luxury or high-end projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, monitor, and update project cost control reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Review project budgets and ensure alignment with approved project cost baselines.
• Track and analyze cost variances and provide corrective recommendations to maintain profitability.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, variations, and claims.
• Coordinate with the Planning and Procurement teams to ensure cost alignment with schedules and material requirements.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and financial dashboards for management review.
• Support project management in evaluating change orders and potential risks impacting project cost.
• Maintain cost control procedures and documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure cost data accuracy and integrity within ERP or cost management systems.
• Participate in project close-out and final cost analysis to identify lessons learned.
