- Lead and manage the finance and accounts teams across multiple business units within the group.
- Develop and oversee financial strategies to ensure the group's financial health and alignment with growth objectives.
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
- Manage cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
- Supervise budgeting, cost control, and financial planning processes across all entities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other local financial/legal requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Oversee internal controls, risk management, and policy development.
- Review and improve financial systems, procedures, and reporting structures.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor project costing, job profitability, and working capital efficiency, especially within construction and interior design divisions.
- Manage and optimize relationships with suppliers, clients, and key stakeholders to support commercial objectives.
- Drive digital transformation in finance through ERP systems and process automation.
