Responsible for all process engineering activities, producing engineering and design deliverables and finding solutions in technical aspects related to Solar CSP & PV Power Plants necessary for tendering and project execution support.

Responsible for creating new business opportunities for the company while also providing support for Power Generation (CSP & PV) business during bid and proposal, contract formation and execution phases. The Candidate must thoroughly review and negotiate complex terms and conditions with client and obtain management approval of deviations in accordance with Risk Assessment Guidelines. Support activities related to the sourcing, screening, analyzing, planning and development of CSP & PV business transactions and also provide overflow support in order to assure the highest quality and adequacy of the agreement as it relates to the services provided.

1. Establish project design criteria and required operating characteristics based on project contract documents.
2. Preparation and finalization of basic conceptual process parameters for CSP & PV plants. Ensure conformance to contract for all engineering and material.
3. Efficiently and effectively evaluates proposed equipment’s for the optimization of process for Solar CSP Thermal power plants.
4. Modeling and optimization of Solar CSP & PV power plants in SAM/Equivalent software’s
5. Energy Generation calculations (daily/monthly/annual), auxiliary power calculations and analysis of Solar resources data
6. Responsible for all process engineering activities like Process & Instrumentation diagrams, design criteria, system description and operational philosophy, equipment sizing calculation, pipe sizing and pressure drop calculations, data sheets, functional requirements, auxiliary power consumption, SFI performance guarantee etc.
7. Responsible for support of the procurement effort for equipment and services purchased directly from vendors.
8. Participate in all facets of assigned project such as preparation of system/equipment specifications, techno-commercial bid evaluation, vendor recommendation, purchase order review and vendor design and documentation reviews.
9. Be responsible for techno-commercial meetings with Clients, Vendors/Suppliers and others.
