Area 971 is on a lookout for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Senior Marketing and Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives and ensuring the seamless execution of client projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. This includes digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and potentially PR and events. Managing the posting the social media content, scheduling, community engagement.
• Create compelling social marketing content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns, track performance, and provide insightful reports and recommendations.
• Oversee the lifecycle of social media management projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
• Coordinate internal teams (e.g., project team, designers, admin) to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive solutions.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective project management and high-quality deliverables. Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and tools.
