We’re hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Chiller & Cooling Tower Services Division. You’ll manage daily field operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations, scheduling, and site teams (engineers, supervisors, technicians)
• Oversee preventive/corrective maintenance, breakdowns & overhauls
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Optimize workflows to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Coordinate with procurement to maintain stock availability
• Build strong client relationships and support contract renewals
• Track KPIs and report operational performance
• Support sales team with technical input and site assessments
• Train and evaluate staff, manage budgets & cost control
