1、Participate in the development of project materials and subcontracting procurement strategies; Analyze market trends, screen high-quality suppliers, and establish a qualified supplier database; Promote localized procurement, optimize procurement costs and delivery cycles;

2、Organize procurement bidding work, including preparing bidding documents, comparing prices, evaluating bids, and negotiating; Assist in drafting and reviewing procurement contracts to ensure reasonable terms and controllable risks; Follow up on contract execution and handle related issues during the performance process；

3、Develop a procurement plan based on the construction schedule to ensure timely delivery of materials; Coordinate procurement requirements and technical specifications with the project department, design, construction, and logistics departments; Track procurement execution status, provide timely warnings and adjust procurement strategies;

4、Control procurement costs and seek the optimal procurement plan; Identify procurement risks and propose preventive and response measures; Manage contract changes and claims to ensure company interests;

5、Conduct supplier inspections and evaluations, establish long-term cooperative relationships; Manage supplier performance, including key indicators such as delivery time, quality, and responsiveness; Coordinate and solve various problems encountered by suppliers during the execution process.
