- Visit project sites regularly for inspections and progress tracking.
- Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Document progress and raise technical queries when needed.
Planning & Coordination
- Assist in creating execution plans and installation schedules.
- Interpret shop drawings and technical specifications accurately.
- Identify risks and take preventive action to avoid delays.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct quality inspections at the workshop and on-site.
- Ensure fabrication and installation meet approved standards and specifications.
- Maintain inspection logs, checklists, and punch lists.
Process Improvement
- Analyze current workflows and propose efficiency-improving ideas.
- Implement systems for tracking site issues, deliveries, and installation status.
- Drive small but meaningful initiatives that improve reliability and reduce delays.
Technical Documentation
- Assist in the preparation of material submittals, method statements, and related technical documents.
- Support procurement through technical evaluations of materials and suppliers.
Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and company policies.
- Promote safety-first culture among workers and site staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in metal fabrication, structural steel, or aluminum/glass installation.
- Solid understanding of fabrication processes and site coordination.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic planning tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
