• Visit project sites regularly for inspections and progress tracking.
• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Document progress and raise technical queries when needed.

Planning & Coordination

• Assist in creating execution plans and installation schedules.
• Interpret shop drawings and technical specifications accurately.
• Identify risks and take preventive action to avoid delays.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct quality inspections at the workshop and on-site.
• Ensure fabrication and installation meet approved standards and specifications.
• Maintain inspection logs, checklists, and punch lists.

Process Improvement

• Analyze current workflows and propose efficiency-improving ideas.
• Implement systems for tracking site issues, deliveries, and installation status.
• Drive small but meaningful initiatives that improve reliability and reduce delays.

Technical Documentation

• Assist in the preparation of material submittals, method statements, and related technical documents.
• Support procurement through technical evaluations of materials and suppliers.

Health & Safety

• Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and company policies.
• Promote safety-first culture among workers and site staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in metal fabrication, structural steel, or aluminum/glass installation.
• Solid understanding of fabrication processes and site coordination.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic planning tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
