� Key Responsibilities

• Source and connect with property investors, landlords, and tenants through online & offline channels
• Conduct property valuations and list properties strategically
• Manage leasing and sales transactions from start to finish
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual performance targets
• Build long-term relationships based on trust and results

✅ Requirements

• Previous real estate experience is a plus
• UAE Driving License and a car is plus
• Fluency in English or Arabic (both is a strong advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for growth
• Highly motivated, energetic, and resilient
• Integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable
