Summary:

The L3 SailPoint Consultant is a senior technical expert responsible for providing advanced support, architecture design, and solution implementation for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) deployments. This role requires a deep understanding of IAM principles, extensive experience with SailPoint IIQ, and the ability to lead complex projects and troubleshoot critical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Advanced Technical Support:
• Act as the escalation point for complex SailPoint IIQ issues that cannot be resolved by L1/L2 support teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis of critical problems and implement permanent solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to L1/L2 support team members.
• Architecture and Design:
• Design and implement SailPoin IIQ solutions that meet the specific needs of the organization.
• Develop and maintain IAM architecture roadmaps and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SailPoint IIQ features and capabilities.
• Performance Optimization:
• Monitor and optimize the performance of SailPoint IIQ deployments.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Implement proactive measures to prevent future performance problems.
• Security and Compliance:
