- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell our food items in supermarkets and hypermarkets, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
- Identify and target potential supermarket chains as key customers, establishing and nurturing productive business relationships.
- Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success in meeting sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure optimal product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor sales performance and key metrics, implementing corrective measures and adjustments to achieve targets.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, food safety standards, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to all sales activities.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to expand the network, showcase products, and build brand awareness.
- Stay abreast of customer feedback and market demands, providing insights to product development teams for continuous improvement.

- Returns, Damage, and near-expiry liquidations as per the policies.
