Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive ADAPTIV’s growth in the UAE market, focusing on sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, E-commerce, and automation.
Generate and qualify leads, build a healthy pipeline, and ensure a consistent flow of opportunities aligned with business targets.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and needs assessment to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure in collaboration with the Saudi office.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and procurement teams to understand client requirements and position ADAPTIV solutions effectively.
Collaborate with the engineering and implementation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote ADAPTIV’s brand and offerings.
Travel frequently to Saudi Arabia to engage with internal teams, support cross-border opportunities, and strengthen regional business alignment.
