Grandiose Catering is looking for Servers/Waitress for their Banquet/F&B Operations team in Dubai, UAE

Job Purpose:

Manage daily preparation and serving of coffee, plan and create recipes and maintaining daily operations of coffee corner. Along with it to perform the end-to-end process for the section/location allocated to provide exceptional service to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
2. Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu, answering questions.
3. Sells coffees and coffees grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.
4. Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, expresso, expresso, caffe latte, and cappuccino.
5. Generates revenues by attracting new customers, defining new and expanded services and products.
6. Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.
7. Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
8. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
9. Manages the end-to-end process of serving the customer at the allocated location.
