1. Preparing surfaces to be painted by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas not to be painted.

2. Applying paint or coating to aircraft parts and structures using various techniques such as spraying, brushing, and rolling.

3. Mixing paints and primers to the correct color, ratio, and consistency.

4. Inspecting painted surfaces to ensure smoothness and quality of finish.

5. Ensuring that all work meets safety and quality standards and complies with company procedures.

6. Operate and maintain spray painting equipments, incl spray guns, compressors, and ventilation systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.

7. Able to read, understand and interpret customer related painting spec

8. Keeping work areas clean and organized, and maintaining equipment in good condition.
