Job Description – Senior Business Development Manager – Staffing Augmentation Company (B2C)

Job brief
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Senior Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
We need someone who has worked 12- 15 years in Qatar, or is in Qatar currently working in a white collar staffing company or has handled placement of 100 white collar profiles sourcing/closures per month
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Preparing Sales Contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling.
Manage a team targets and can generate good revenue.
