Al Malihi Transporting & Contracting is seeking an accomplished Senior Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in estimation for large-scale infrastructure projects and a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi market.

Senior Estimation Engineer Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and related works.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine scope and requirements.
• Conduct quantity take-off and material estimation for civil and structural works.
• Analyze and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost breakdowns, and pricing strategies for tenders.
• Identify risks, assumptions, and opportunities in cost estimation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to align estimates with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and contract specifications.
• Support management in bid submissions, negotiations, and clarifications.
• Maintain a database of cost information for use in future estimates.
• Provide technical and cost advice during project planning and execution stages.
