- Sourcing candidates for retail/warehouse/office as per requirement
- Coordinating and supporting the interviewing panel
- Making offer letter requisition forms and offer letters for selected applicants
- Updating of visa tracker
- Getting the joining formalities filled up by the new candidate
- Making of joining reports for new employee/s
- Check for all the new joiners (who are one or less than one year old) and have not attended induction
- Coordination with the Training coordinator in the Head office and maintain the attendance list
- Dispatching Documents to stores and H.O
