Strong personality and capability to work effectively with peers in multi-discipline team.
Current approval from Major National Oil Companies like ADNOC , KOC, PDO , QP or ARAMCO with valid SAP Number & CBT will be preferred.
Experience in Heavy Structural Fabrication in similar major Fabrication Yards specialized in construction of (Jackets, Decks ,Piles, Risers, SSVS, PLEM, PLET & SPM )
Must be team player with good coordination/communication skills, and problem solver who can tackle/resolve quality issues at site.
Computer literate must be fluent in written and spoken English, with well-developed technical report writing ability , procedures, and QA/QC documentation.
Fully conversant with the International Codes and STDs ASME, AWS, API, However the familiarity with ARAMCO SAES, SAEP, and SAMSS in addition to ADNOC Technical Specifications will be an advantage.
Experience in Modular Fabrication & Exposure to construction of PAR’s, PAS’s , PAU’s will be an advantage.
Should have very good principled negotiation & influencing skills, familiar with conflict resolution techniques along with decision making capabilities.
