-Managing all the NOCs relevant to all the authorities

-Obtaining all the Construction NOCs from all the stakeholders

-Able to use all the NOC systems (E-NOC – MEPS-TAMM)

-Ability to raise all the required building inspection required by All stakeholders

-Obtaining all the required temporary and permanent work permits from the relevant authority

-Experience about Building Handing over to relevant authority and obtaining BCC
