- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments
- Lead, coach, and inspire the store team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute strategies to drive footfall, increase conversion rates, and boost revenue
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and in line with brand guidelines
- Manage inventory control, stock levels, and loss prevention
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate performance reports
- Recruit, train, and onboard new staff as needed
- Maintain a high level of store hygiene, safety, and compliance with operational standards
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring an elevated in-store experience that reflects our brand values
