We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeller with strong experience in steel fabrication projects and proven GCC project exposure. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing accurate BIM models, supporting fabrication and erection activities, and coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for structural steel projects
• Prepare General Arrangement (GA), shop, and fabrication drawings in accordance with project specifications
• Coordinate closely with structural engineers, fabrication workshops, and site erection teams
• Perform clash detection and model coordination to identify and resolve design conflicts
• Update BIM models based on RFIs, design revisions, and site requirements
• Generate material take-offs and steel quantities from BIM models
• Ensure all drawings and models comply with project standards, client requirements, and international codes
• Support fabrication planning and erection sequencing through accurate modeling
• Maintain organized BIM documentation and follow company BIM standards
