- Design Responsibility: Be responsible for the structural design of overseas civil architecture projects, ensuring the rationality, feasibility, and safety of the design schemes.
- Technical Collaboration: Participate in technical demonstrations and schematic designs of projects, providing expert opinions on structural design.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate with other design teams, including architecture, water supply and drainage, electrical, etc., to ensure seamless integration and smooth workflow across disciplines.
- Problem Solving: Participate in resolving technical issues during the structural design process and optimize design solutions.
- Mentoring and Quality Control: Mentor and guide junior designers in deepening the design, ensuring the quality of final deliverables.
- On-Site Support: Provide on-site technical services to address structural design changes and issues that arise during construction.
