- Develop and manage sales of surgical instruments across both government and private healthcare sectors in Qatar
- Identify and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, surgeons, and hospital procurement teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy
- Lead and coordinate participation in government and private tender processes
- Conduct product demos, clinical support sessions, and follow-ups with hospital staff
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and customer interaction records
- Provide regular market insights, competitor activity updates, and product performance feedback
