  • Identify and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, surgeons, and hospital procurement teams
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy
  • Lead and coordinate participation in government and private tender processes
  • Conduct product demos, clinical support sessions, and follow-ups with hospital staff
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and customer interaction records
  • Provide regular market insights, competitor activity updates, and product performance feedback
